Claude wasn't on the call. Cachejay was.

It takes the notes you never get to
Calls on Zoom, Meet, Teams and FaceTime get transcribed on your Mac. Nothing joins the call. Afterwards you have the notes, the decisions and your action items, filed under the right project.
Pricing with Sarah

- Annual plan at $99, starting November
- Sarah wants SSO before the team rollout

What was said
Sarah: If we can lock the annual price before November, I can get it approved this quarter…
A project tracker that fills itself in
Every project gets a page: what got done, what was decided, what's open. Every day, week and month gets written up. Nobody types any of it. It's all plain Markdown in a folder you own.

Ask from anywhere
On your phone between meetings, in ChatGPT on the web, in Claude Code at your desk. They all read the same notes, so the answer is the same everywhere: what actually happened.
Then let it update everything else
Claude and ChatGPT already connect to Linear, Jira, HubSpot, Notion and Slack. Once they know what you did, keeping those up to date is one sentence. How it works.
Update my Linear tickets with what I got done today.

Done. Two tickets updated:
Fixed in 3 commits; retry test still failing, tracked in CHK-219.
Agreed $99/year with Sarah on Tuesday's call. Waiting on Stripe Tax.
Bill for your hours without a timer
It already knows which project you were in, so it knows how long. Export a timesheet from the menu bar, or ask for this month's invoice lines. For freelancers.

Quiet, small and private
About 15 MB of memory, and it only looks for changes while you're at the keyboard. Password managers and private windows are never read, and passwords and keys are masked before anything syncs. Where your memory lives.

Less than Granola's Business plan, which only does meeting notes. Free for 14 days, no card. Pricing.
Questions
What is Cachejay?
A Mac app that keeps notes on your workday (your calls, your projects, what you worked on) and lets ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and Codex read them.
How do ChatGPT and Claude get to it?
On your Mac, Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor and Codex connect directly. On the web or your phone, add Cachejay to ChatGPT or Claude as a connector and sign in with your email.
Can it update Jira, Linear or HubSpot?
Cachejay doesn’t touch those tools itself. Claude and ChatGPT can, through their own connectors, and once they can read your notes, “log today’s call with Acme in HubSpot” is one sentence instead of ten minutes.
Where is my memory kept?
It’s captured on your Mac and kept in your private cloud space, with passwords and keys masked, so ChatGPT and Claude can use it from any device. You can keep it all on the Mac instead, or delete the cloud copy any time. The details.
What does it cost?
$12 a month or $120 a year, after 14 free days. No card to start.
Stop explaining your day to ChatGPT
