Docs
Team docs your AI agents fill in
Pages your team writes together, live, like Notion. Claude, ChatGPT, Codex and Cursor read them and add to them through Cachejay: the meeting notes, the action items, the weekly update. You edit the same page alongside them.

A page you just write in
Always editable
No edit mode and no Save button. Type “/” for a heading, list, to-do, table or code block, drag a block by its handle, and format selected text from the toolbar.
Live with your team
Everyone on the doc types at once. You see their cursors with their names, and who else has it open.
History
Earlier versions are kept with who wrote them. Read one, or put the doc back the way it was for everyone.
Start from a template: Meeting notes, Project brief, One-pager, Decision record, Weekly update, Retrospective, How-to guide. Or from a blank page.
Written by your AI apps too
After a call
Ask Claude or ChatGPT to write up the call as a team doc from its notes in Cachejay, with the decisions and action items under their own headings.
While they work
Claude Code, Codex and Cursor add what they finished to the doc it belongs in: a spec’s open questions, a launch plan’s checklist, a how-to.
Alongside people
An app’s change lands in the open doc the way a teammate’s typing does, so nobody’s writing is overwritten, and anyone can fix or add to what it wrote.
Next to your boards and notes
Docs sit beside boards and the project notes your team shares, and ChatGPT and Claude search all of them at once. So “what did we decide about the launch date?” can find the doc, the card and the shared call notes behind it.
Your own documents, in Docs in your Library, use the same editor and are saved as you type. They stay yours.
Questions
Is it like Notion or Google Docs?
For writing, yes: a page you type straight into, “/” for headings, lists, to-dos, tables and code, a handle to drag a block or turn it into another, and a toolbar on selected text. Teammates edit at the same time and you see their cursors. The difference is that your AI apps write in it too.
How does Claude or ChatGPT write in a doc?
Through the Cachejay connector, with four tools: list_docs, read_doc, create_doc and edit_doc. An app can start a doc from a template, add to the end, add under a heading (“Action items”), or rewrite it. Apps you connected read-only can read docs but not change them.
What if someone is typing when the AI adds something?
Their typing is kept. If the doc is open, the AI’s addition is put into it the way a teammate’s typing is, and everyone sees it appear; if nobody has it open, it’s there when they do. If you ask an app to rewrite a doc, it replaces the page, and the earlier version stays in History.
Is there a Save button?
No. Every change is kept as you type, and the page says when it’s saved. If your connection drops, your changes are sent when it’s back.
Can I go back to an earlier version?
Yes. History keeps the doc as it was every 10 minutes of someone’s writing, the last 100 versions, with who wrote each. Open one to read it, or restore it for everyone.
Who can see a team doc?
Everyone on your team, and nobody else. Docs of your own, in Docs in your Library, are yours alone and use the same editor.
Can ChatGPT and Claude find what’s in our docs?
Yes. Team docs are part of the team search they use, next to shared project pages and call notes.
What does it cost?
Docs are part of Cachejay: $12 a month, or $18 per seat on a team.
