Customer words, competitor pages and the weekly report

Questions
Where do the customer quotes come from?
From calls you were on, transcribed on your Mac. Cachejay doesn’t hear calls you weren’t on, unless a teammate shares that project with you on Teams.
Can I use quotes in published copy?
Check with the customer first. Cachejay gives you who said it and when, so that’s easy to do.
How does it know which competitor pages I read?
It reads the text in your browser as you go, and keeps a small screenshot about once a minute when the screen changes. Private windows are never read.
Can it pull numbers from our analytics?
It can find the figures you saw on screen. Check them against the source before they go in a report.
