Cachejay for Teams
Everyone's notes, where the team can find them
Each person shares the projects they choose. Teammates search those pages and call notes on the web, and ChatGPT and Claude can too. Nothing else leaves anyone's own space.

How it works
Start or join
Start a team at cachejay.com/app/team, or join one with an invite code.
Choose what to share
Pick the projects your team should see. Nothing is shared until you do.
Ask across the team
Search shared project pages and call notes on the web, or ask ChatGPT and Claude.
Why teams use it
Status meetings exist because nobody can see what anyone else did. When each person's project notes write themselves and the team can read them, “where are we on checkout?” has an answer at any hour, and the person who knows doesn't have to stop to give it.
It also keeps the useful part of calls. The decisions from Tuesday's customer call land on the project page, so the engineer who wasn't there can find them, and so can their copy of Claude.
Questions
What does my team see?
Only the projects you share: each one’s page and the notes from calls about it. Your screen text, your other projects and everything else stay private.
How do people join?
Whoever starts the team sends an invite code. It’s 8 characters and works for 7 days.
Can I stop sharing a project?
Yes. Unshare it and it’s removed from the team.
How much is it?
$18 per seat per month, bought on the team page. It covers every member.
Can ChatGPT and Claude search the team’s notes?
Yes. They get a team search tool alongside your own memory, so “what did the team decide about pricing?” works.
Who can remove people?
The team’s owner.
