Calls
Claude wasn't on the call. Cachejay was.
Cachejay transcribes your calls on your Mac, with no bot in the room, and writes the notes: a TL;DR, what was decided, and who owes what. So when you ask ChatGPT or Claude what was agreed, they know.

From the call to the answer
During the call
Cachejay notices the call and transcribes both sides on your Mac. Follow it live on the web if you want to.
Right after
The notes are written: a TL;DR, a section per topic, decisions, and action items with owners on your to-do list.
Any time later
Ask ChatGPT or Claude, on your Mac or your phone: “What did Sarah say about pricing?” “Draft the follow-up.”
And not just calls
The same notes cover the rest of your day: what you worked on, in which project, what you read and what you asked your AI. See everything Cachejay does, or how meeting notes work in detail.
Questions
Does a bot join the call?
No. Cachejay listens through your Mac, so nothing joins and nobody gets an invite.
Which apps does it work with?
Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and FaceTime.
How do ChatGPT and Claude see it?
On your Mac, Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor and Codex connect directly. On the web or your phone, add Cachejay to ChatGPT or Claude as a connector and sign in with your email.
Do I have to take notes?
No. Jot a few words in the notepad if you like and the notes are written around them; otherwise the AI writes them from the transcript.
Is transcription done on my Mac?
Yes, with Apple’s speech engine. The audio is never saved.
Should I tell people I’m transcribing?
Yes. The rules vary by place, so tell the people on the call.
