HubSpot + Cachejay
Update HubSpot with Claude or ChatGPT, from what you actually did
Your CRM is only as current as the last call someone bothered to log. Cachejay was on the call, so Claude can log it for you.

Set it up
- Connect HubSpot in your AI app. HubSpot is in Claude’s connector directory. ChatGPT has a HubSpot app; what it can write depends on your plan and the app’s current actions.
- Connect Cachejay: on your Mac from the menu bar (Connect AI Apps), or in ChatGPT and Claude on the web and your phone with a connector at
cachejay.com/mcp. - Ask. Start with a draft if it’s going somewhere other people will read.
Connector availability and actions depend on your Claude or ChatGPT plan and change often. Checked October 2026.
Questions
Does Cachejay connect to HubSpot?
No. Cachejay never connects to it itself; your AI app does, with the permissions you give it.
Will calls get logged automatically?
Not on their own. Ask when you’re done, or once at the end of the day: “log all of today’s customer calls in HubSpot.”
Can I check before anything is written?
Yes. Ask for a draft first, especially for anything a customer might see.
