Set it up
- Connect Salesforce in your AI app. Salesforce is in Claude’s connector directory (in beta). ChatGPT has a Salesforce app; check what it can write on your plan.
- Connect Cachejay: on your Mac from the menu bar (Connect AI Apps), or in ChatGPT and Claude on the web and your phone with a connector at
cachejay.com/mcp. - Ask. Start with a draft if it’s going somewhere other people will read.
Connector availability and actions depend on your Claude or ChatGPT plan and change often. Checked October 2026.
Questions
Does Cachejay connect to Salesforce?
No. Cachejay never connects to it itself; your AI app does, with the permissions you give it.
Is this safe for customer data?
Your AI app writes with your Salesforce permissions. Cachejay masks passwords and keys before anything leaves your Mac. Review what gets written.
Does it work for a whole sales team?
Each rep runs Cachejay. With Teams, shared project notes are searchable by everyone.
