Set it up
- Connect Slack in your AI app. Slack is in Claude’s connector directory. ChatGPT’s Slack app can take actions on Business plans, such as posting and reminders, where your admin allows it.
- Connect Cachejay: on your Mac from the menu bar (Connect AI Apps), or in ChatGPT and Claude on the web and your phone with a connector at
cachejay.com/mcp. - Ask. Start with a draft if it’s going somewhere other people will read.
Connector availability and actions depend on your Claude or ChatGPT plan and change often. Checked October 2026.

Does Cachejay read my Slack?
It reads Slack the way it reads any app on your screen, and turns requests sent to you into to-dos. Posting is done by your AI app’s Slack connector.
Can it post without asking?
Your AI posts when you ask it to. Ask for a draft first if you’d rather check.
Does this work with Microsoft Teams chat?
If your AI app has a Teams connector, the same requests work.
